Story :

Excellent production values may be seen in C Kalyan.
Although Balaiah has a very stylish appearance, the styles of his wig and police uniform weren't as enticing. He felt that the film's director, Ravi Kumar, did absolutely poor work. For some reason, his emotions don't transition properly to the movie, which distracts the audience and makes the second half boring.
